Simanya Cerveza Artesana nació en 2011 y adoptó el nombre de la emblemática cueva conocida por todos los vallesanos. La cerveza se elabora en la masía de Otzet, en el término municipal de Granera, mediante un proceso 100% manual y natural, utilizando energía solar y materias primas de alta calidad. El resultado es una cerveza de alta fermentación con mucho cuerpo y carácter propio.
