Avencs i margallons. La roca calcària ha creat un paisatge exòtic, ric en formes càrstiques –avencs, dolines i rasclers– i amb una vegetació pròpia, l'espècie més coneguda de la qual és el margalló. Les barraques de vinya i els murs de pedra seca es dissimulen al mig de la pedra blanca i envolten antigues masies i algunes de les petites poblacions que es troben a l'interior soliu del parc.
